Hehe, das Gericht hieß tatsächlich 'Out of Africa' und stand auf der Speißekarte eines Flughafennahen Restaurants in der Schweiz. Das Wagnis hat sich gelohnt, das Steak war zart und sehr lecker. In Kombination mit der Beilage ein echter Geheimtipp, auch wenn es auf den ersten Blick exotischer aussieht, wie es eigentlich ist.
Klingt ja echt interessant.. und solange die nich vom Aussterben bedroht sind oder so ^^
Grade ein Iglo Schlemmerfilet.. Allerdings auf ne Menge gräten gebissen diesmal und fast verschluckt.. war bisschen eklig -.-

Stimmt, dann würde ich auch darauf verzichten. Eine kurze Google-Recherche hat nur eine Antilopenart als bedroht bezeichnet.

Heute das erste mal seit langem mal wieder ausgiebig gekocht. Ungarische Rinderpfanne, zum ersten mal versucht und gleich richtig gut geworden, bin stolz auf mich. Extrem lecker.

Respekt an Duanos ! Mir reichts schon wenn ich ein paar Nudeln mit Soße abkochen kann ! Schmeckt auch und geht vermutlich schneller ! Typisch Student =) Ich habe zwei Butterbrezeln gegessen !
