How Do You Manage and Configure Your Email Setup?

Hello everyone,

I’m curious about how others currently handle their email setup and management. What providers and email applications are you using for your daily communication?

For the past few years, I’ve been running my own mail server using Postfix and Dovecot, combined with SpamAssassin and ClamAV, with MySQL handling the database. This server hosts my primary email account. In addition, I still maintain a few older addresses with services like Gmail, Outlook, and T-Online, mainly for occasional use or as backup options.

When accessing email through a browser on mobile devices, I rely on Roundcube, which also allows me to manage Sieve filters conveniently. On my desktop computers, I currently use both Outlook and Thunderbird. Recently, I also connected Outlook to my Nextcloud server using the Outlook CalDAV Synchronizer, allowing my calendar and contacts to stay synchronized smoothly.

On my Android phone, I use the K-9 Mail app for email, while my calendar and contacts are synced with Nextcloud through DAVdroid.
